Improve the appearance of frown lines and crows feet: CALL RICHMOND COSMETIC & CLINIC.
Erase facial lines, crow’s feet and more at Richmond Cosmetic Clinic. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® Cosmetic injections block nerve impulses, weakening muscles to relax wrinkles and give the face a rejuvenated look. BOTOX® Cosmetic is a product commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles.
It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth. Crow’s feet, worry lines, and lines around the neck can all be smoothed with treatment. BOTOX® Cosmetic may also be useful for excessive sweating. Did you know that Dr. Vahid Sahiholnasab is an expert in specialized uses for BOTOX® Cosmetic? He is able to do more than just smooth the brow, crow’s feet and frown lines.
He is able to provide a chemical brow lift, flip downturned corners of the mouth, reduce lines on the upper lip due to pursing, and can even treat migraines and excessive sweating, otherwise known as hyperhidrosis.

BOTOX® Cosmetic| Dysport™
Dysport is an FDA-approved injection treatment used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles in the forehead. Similar to BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport is injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting. Dysport injections are made from the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, the same protein used in BOTOX® Cosmetic injections.
BOTOX® Cosmetic | Xeomin®
Xeomin® is a form of botulinum toxin type A that can be injected into the muscles just beneath the skin to reduce facial lines and wrinkles. Particularly effective in treating deep frown lines between the eyebrows, Xeomin has received FDA approval.
Like other types of botulinum treatments, Xeomin prevents muscles from contracting. However, Xeomin is different from its predecessors in that it contains no additives, which may decrease a patient’s antibody reaction. If the immune system is not creating antibodies to fight it, the treatment will be much more successful.
Results of Xeomin treatment are typically evident in one week and last between three and six months. Use the contact form below for a FREE consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
It will not affect the nerves that cause sensation, or make you feel numb. When it is used correctly, it can lift the brow to give an appealing and sincere look. That’s why it’s important to be treated by an experienced doctor who can judge the size of your muscles and how much BOTOX® Cosmetic you will need.*
Every drug has side effects, and BOTOX® Cosmetic is no exception. Luckily, they tend to be minor and short-lived. In one to five percent of cases, there can be mild droopiness of the eyelid or eyebrow, which usually goes away within two weeks, and some patients experience slight bruising.*
You don’t need it before you have wrinkles to hide. Other than that, a patient can have BOTOX® Cosmetic safely whenever they are bothered by their wrinkles. There is no issue with long term use.*
It varies from patient to patient, but good results usually last three and a half to four months.*
Yes and no. A good result will leave you looking fresher, more cheerful, and perhaps younger looking. Telltale signs of BOTOX® Cosmetic that has been badly done are a smooth and shiny forehead, or a forehead and crow’s-feet that don’t move when you laugh or cry.*
Not much. Results begin to show in a couple of days and develop gradually over the course of two weeks. Some observers believe Dysport sets in faster than BOTOX® Cosmetic, but that has not been proven in a study. Patients can wear makeup immediately but should avoid heavy workouts for 24 hours. *
